Description:

My Day at School "Smile Sheets" provide a wonderfully useful school-to-home parent correspondence tool, allowing everyone to be on the same page! This interactive behavioral data recording form was specifically designed for special education students striving to meet behavioral goals. Digital file is able to be "saved as" for each day of the week changing dates eaily with the automatic digital op-up calendar so you can continuously update and save your ever changing schedule. Form is printable and may also be handwritten.

Handy "Smiles" to circle, visually reinforce acceptability of students' behaviorial choices: appropriate, less than appropriate, or inappropriate are circled for pre-determined time or subject content period. Students benefit as well from seeing these simple visual representations and are able to make associations to behaviors. (Soon to be available is our NEW Student Smile Self-Reflection sheet to keep at their desk.) Progress can be seen throughout the day or as students work to achieve an "all smile day!"

Codes for behaviors typically tracked are available at the bottom of the sheet. Additionally space is provided throughout the day for indicating specific behaviors at given intervals simply by jotting down the codes. A built-in tally space provides a place for tic-marks used for recording the "frequency" of behaviors at each time or period session. The comments section allows you to jot down particular circumstances or antecedents to any behavioral events.

With the ever increasing need for special educator's and teachers to document data, this form makes the recording of behaviors and tracking of goals a breeze! With the recording of times, periods, behaviors and frequency all in one document, data can easily be converted for use in graphs or analyzed to review student goal progress. Great for IEP meetings and Administrators love them! (Use our free online "Breeze-graph" for your next IEP meeting or presentation.) Works well in concert with the Behavior Tracking form for those behaviors more intense in nature and may need data frequency counts in smaller increments or shorter intervals.
